Story
The ridiculous story takes place in a fictional war-torn middle eastern country where 50 and his crew hold a concert. After it ends, they find out that their agent doesn't have the 10 million in cash to pay them, and offers a priceless jewel encrusted skull instead. 50, satisfied with this leaves for the airport, and gets attacked by mercenaries that manage to run off with the skull. Picking themselves up, the G-unit runs off to recover the stolen skull!

While it's badly written story is far form award winning, it does lend itself to some entertaining moments, mostly involving threats, theft, and lots of explosions.

Gameplay
50 Cent: BotS mimics other famous 3rd person shooters like Army of 2 or Gears of War in many ways; a cover system, 2 person teamwork to get over and around obstacles, and plenty of customization options for your arsenal.

Along with that is an excellent scoring system that adds points according to kills, items picked up, and completed bonus objectives. That and being able to customize your weapons, CQB skills, and even the taunts 50 yells out lends to plenty of customization and playthroughs to collect everything.

Unfortunately, the games AI is less than intelligent, with enemies doing odd things like rolling back and forth between cover without reason, or your teammates firing at solid walls attempting to shoot out of sight enemies, leading to some very frustrating moments.

Graphics & Sound
The graphics for 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand are hardly up to par with most 3rd person shooters to date, with rough, but overall adequate graphics.

If you're into 50's music, then players are in for a real treat with 40+ of his hits, 18 of them being exclusive. Sadly, thats the end of the good news for it's sound work. With terrible voice acting, and a poorly written script, players will be skipping main scenes left and right to avoid listening to more.

Overall
As long as players aren't looking for deep storylines, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand is a fast paced arcade shooter with some addictive gameplay.
